*Pilates – a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back.
*Beginning/Gentle Yoga – for those with little or no previous yoga experience and/or anyone who enjoys a slow paced therapeutic yoga class. This class introduces students to fundamental yoga postures. This includes stretching, strengthening, balance and alignment in the postures. Emphasis is on the standing, seated, and relaxation poses. Additionally, this class uses a sequence of yoga postures to strengthen your core muscles. Which will, in time, help lessen back pain and strengthen your abdominal muscles. Meditation is included.
*Yoga Nidra Meditation – an ancient yogic practice designed to cultivate utter relaxation and meditative awareness. The phrase literally means "yoga sleep." While it does not involve actually sleeping, the practice emphasizes long periods in Savasana, reclining relaxation posture taught at the end of conventional yoga asana classes.
*All Levels - Active Yoga balancing a vigorous Yang practice with Yin Yoga deep stretches. Class is usually full, please call to drop in.

NOTE: The table above shows group classes only.Classes begin on time. Group classes run anywhere between one hour and 15 minutes to one and a half hours, it varies on the collective group dynamic. Private classes are not displayed here but are readily available. First time students should arrive early. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
